Mainstreaming EbA in the rainfed regions of Maharashtra
Virtual exposure visit and stakeholder dialogue to realise EbA in the semi-arid region of Maharashtra
This virtual exposure visit and stakeholder dialogue takes on a greater understanding of evidence-based on EbA approach to realize how practical this approach is in the semi-arid region of Maharashtra. The objectives of the planned virtual dialogue are as follows.
- To showcase the community views on the EbA and its contribution to sustainable development with a participatory governance model.
- To discuss the enablers of the success of EbA and to learn from the experiences of villager’s/farmer’s perspective participants and other enablers and disseminate it to the larger audience.
- To avail the platform for different stakeholders (Farmers, FPO, CSR and Govt. officials) to increase their understanding of EbA’s adoption and exchange thoughts on the learning process and way forward.
