Dr. Marc Nolting has been Head of Unit, Global Agenda for Food and Nutrition Security, at GIZ since November 2018. He was previously based in Addis Ababa, where he was the Programme Manager for Germany’s 'Strengthening Capacities for Land Governance in Africa' programme. He has held several senior positions at GIZ head offices and in the field, including Senior Policy Adviser and EU liaison officer at the GIZ representation in Brussels and coordinator of Germany’s global program on responsible fisheries.
